Developers prefer working on the 360 over any other platform.

With all the money developers made this year on the 360, you would have to be silly to think that they would just stop making games for it, especially after all the money they lost on the PS3.
If anybody should be worried about '08 it should be the Sony Trolls, yes there are alot of games announced, but alot will be announced multiplatform, just like in '07, If not canceled indefinately.

I have never heard of a console shipping with a travel case, I have a duffle bag that works great, I could throw my PS3 in there too If I wanted too.
The difference between shipped and sold is not as big as you think.
I can hook my PS3 up to the internet, havent done that in over a month. PSN has been a bore lately.
